DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

A. EDUCATION

Collegiate education required, minimum of B.A. level.

Computer qualifications in: MS Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Internet research and email clients

B. PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

Prior experience in project management, logistics planning and/or event management

Experience in administration, office management, and secretarial work

Experience in public contact activities (meetings, seminars, conferences, exhibitions etc.)

Prior experience in relocations and/or developing and managing marketing/PR projects preferred

C. POST-ENTRY TRAINING

Full training on MR+ and MR+ client procedures and protocols

D. LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

Professional fluency (level IV) in written and oral English.

Additional ability in other languages where MR+ operates is a plus (French and Dutch is particularly preferred; Hungarian is not required, but would be a plus)

E. KNOWLEDGE

  Knowledge of the global mobility/relocation is a plus

  Experience in project management

  Proficiency in administrative procedures

  Proficiency in event management, coordinating seminars, conferences and exhibitions is desired

F. SKILLSETS

  Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work within structure of a diverse global company

  Proven organizational and administrative skills

  Computer literacy with experience in utilization of the Internet or project research

  Must have ability to work autonomously, meet regular deadlines as well as conduct independent research

  Be able to work under pressure and have the ability to multi task and prioritize workload in a demanding fast paced environment

  Collaborates with the employee relocation team and other stakeholders on continuous process improvements; leads specified initiatives

  Being able to create financial spread sheets and analysis; therefore proficient in Excel

  Familiar with telecommunications operations

  Ability to prepare correspondence, arrange conferences/workshops/meetings

  Strong ability to communicate effectively

  The position may require travel

G. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS/OUTPUTS

  Assist in delivering corporate relocation services in over 70 non-traditional locations

  Understand and administer assigned clients relocation programs including policies, processes and practices

  Building relationships with local partners on the ground and offering ongoing training

  Coordinate communication flow between client and Metricas network of global partner firms

  Conduct technical research

  Prepare financial reports on a regular basis

  Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion

  Maintain project reports, economic research materials and office files

  Conduct general office administration

POSITION ELEMENTS

A. SUPERVISION RECEIVED

Acts as A Mobility Coordinator for International Relocation Services for MR+ Director based in Budapest, Hungary. The incumbent works under direct supervision of the Director. Pay and administrative issues should be discussed with Director as required.

B. AVAILABLE GUIDELINES

Will conduct affairs under established operational guidelines of MR+ Budapest Regional Office. Must be aware of and follow relevant guidelines of MR + where applicable.

C. EXERCISE OF JUDGEMENT

Allocates own time. Make decisions in accordance with verbal or written directions from authorized MR+ management. Decides content of memorandum and reports for which responsible. Handles incoming visitors, meetings and telephone calls. Time allocation and work organization is extremely important, especially when MR+ Director/Manager is not present.

D. AUTHORITY OT MAKE COMMITMENTS

All authority to make commitments is subject either to approval from MR+ authorized management.
