Relocation Plus Services Event Management
Metrica Relocations+ offers an event management service. This service deals with all the complex and
time-consuming issues inherent in an international conference, from arranging conference facilities
and hotel accommodations to providing meeting support. Our partner firms can do it all. Three main
types of event management assistance are offered: 1) logistic support and management of international
conferences and meetings, 2) management and administrative support of a formal research policy
committee over an extended time period, and 3) administrative support for the scientific review
of proposals in large international research programs.
Upon request, Metrica will assist in the arrangements for conferences and meetings.
Conference space is identified; simultaneous translation equipment is rented; and reception
services, food and beverage services, and other services such as temporary secretarial support
